Connect your net worth to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants
NetWorthTrackr runs an MCP server at mcp.networthtrackr.com. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any assistant that supports MCP, sign in once, and ask about your net worth, accounts, history and holdings in plain language. It can record a balance when you ask, too. Still no bank login, and nothing is shared until you connect.
Your net worth is €134,900: €320,100 in assets against €185,200 owed. The mortgage is most of the debt, at €176,300.
Pick your assistant
Each assistant has its own setup page with the exact steps, things to ask, and fixes for common snags.

How connecting works
Whichever assistant you use, it is the same three steps and the same address:
- Add NetWorthTrackr as a remote MCP server (some apps call it a connector or a plugin).
- Your assistant opens a NetWorthTrackr sign-in page. Sign in and approve. It stores a token, never your password.
- Ask a question, for example "what is my net worth in dollars?". The assistant picks the right tool itself.

Your assistant gets 15 tools: 8 that read, and the rest change or delete only when you ask. See what each one does →
What leaves NetWorthTrackr, and what never does
Sent when your assistant asks
- The figures it requested: balances, accounts, history, holdings
- Only your own data, scoped by the same rules as the app
- Passed by the assistant to its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI...) to answer you
That provider handles it under its own privacy policy, as with anything you type into it.
Never sent, never stored
- Your password: the assistant gets a revocable token
- Any bank login: there is no bank connection to share
- Anyone else’s data: every request is checked against your account
To stop an assistant, disconnect it in that assistant's settings.
Questions it answers well
The useful questions are the ones that would otherwise mean opening three screens and a calculator:
- “How much did my net worth change since January, in euros and in dollars?”
- “What share of my assets is in rupees, and is that more than last year?”
- “If I paid off the car loan from savings, what would my net worth and cash look like?”
- “Which of my holdings has gained the most, and what is it worth now?”
- “I just checked my accounts: pension 52,800, savings 19,250. Record both for today.”
The assistant reasons over real figures instead of whatever you remember, and answers in your own currency.
Common questions
The Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI assistants call tools in other apps. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex and Gemini CLI all support it, so one NetWorthTrackr server works with all of them.
No. Connecting an assistant is part of the free product. Your assistant may have its own plan requirements for custom connectors.
There is nothing to see. NetWorthTrackr never connects to your bank, so there is no bank credential anywhere in the chain. The assistant gets a token that only reaches your NetWorthTrackr data.
When you ask, yes: record balances, add, update or delete accounts, balance entries and holdings. Your assistant shows each call before it runs, and deleting an account also requires its exact name. Closing your NetWorthTrackr account stays in the app.
That depends on the assistant and your settings with it, not on NetWorthTrackr. Check your assistant’s data controls; most let you opt out of training.
Remove NetWorthTrackr from your assistant’s connector or MCP settings. Deleting your NetWorthTrackr account also ends every connection.
