Connect NetWorthTrackr to Claude
Add NetWorthTrackr to Claude as a custom connector: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, then paste https://mcp.networthtrackr.com. Claude opens a NetWorthTrackr sign-in once; approve it, and Claude can read your net worth, accounts, history and holdings, and record balances when you ask. It works on claude.ai, the desktop apps and mobile.
Your net worth is €134,900: €320,100 in assets against €185,200 owed. The mortgage is most of the debt, at €176,300.
Add the connector
Connectors belong to your Claude account, not to a device. Add it once on the web or desktop and it is there on your phone too.
- Open Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector. Name it NetWorthTrackr and paste the address below.
- If Claude asks how to identify itself, keep Use Claude's published identity. It is detected automatically and needs nothing from you.
- Click Connect. A NetWorthTrackr sign-in page opens: sign in and approve.
- Start a new chat and ask "What is my net worth?" to check it works.

Things to ask Claude
Claude is good at the questions that need a few figures combined and explained:
- “Walk me through how my net worth changed this year, month by month, and what drove it.”
- “Compare my currency exposure with a 60/40 EUR/USD split. How far off am I?”
- “Using my real balances, how many months of expenses do my cash accounts cover at 3,200 a month?”
- “Update my pension to 52,800 and my savings to 19,250 as of today.”
Before a change, Claude shows you the tool call and asks for permission. You can allow it once, or always for that tool.
If something goes wrong
Claude says it has no NetWorthTrackr tools. Start a new conversation. Connectors attach when a chat starts, and in a chat you can switch them on and off from the tools menu.
The connector shows as disconnected. Open it in Settings, Connectors and click Connect again. Your data is untouched; only the sign-in is renewed.
The numbers look different from the app. They should not: Claude reads the same figures the dashboard shows, converted at the same rates. If they differ, ask Claude which currency it used.
Common questions
Custom connectors are a Claude feature, so availability follows Anthropic’s plans. NetWorthTrackr itself is free.
No. Claude Desktop, the web and mobile share your account’s connectors. Claude Code, the terminal agent, is set up separately with one command.
Only when you ask, one thing at a time, and Claude shows the call first. Deleting an account also needs its exact name, so a mixed-up id is refused. Closing your NetWorthTrackr account itself is app-only.
In Claude, open Settings, Connectors and remove NetWorthTrackr.
