By accessing or using NetWorthTrackr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
02 · Description of service
NetWorthTrackr is a manual tracking tool that lets you record assets and liabilities, calculate net worth, and view historical insights. Market prices for securities shown in the portfolio tracker are sourced from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not provide financial advice, accounting services, brokerage services, or automatic bank syncing, and we are not a money services business.
03 · Financial disclaimer & no liability
NetWorthTrackr is NOT a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or tax professional. All information, insights, scores, projections, and calculations provided by the Service are for general informational and educational purposes only.
No financial advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Do not make financial decisions based solely on information provided by the Service.
Hypothetical projections. Compound projections, health scores, and similar outputs are hypothetical illustrations based on assumptions you control. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Assumption of risk. Your use of the Service and reliance on any information it generates is solely at your own risk. Financial tracking involves inherent risks and variables our software may not account for, including currency fluctuations and data-provider errors.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetWorthTrackr, its creators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including financial losses, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or data loss — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or €50.
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial professional before making any financial, investment, or tax decisions.
04 · No warranty
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that calculations, conversions, or third-party market data will be accurate or complete.
05 · User accounts & acceptable use
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, and you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the Service, scraping it, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
06 · Subscriptions & billing
Pro features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
07 · Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by NetWorthTrackr and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain all rights to the financial data you enter; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service for you.
08 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetWorthTrackr and its creators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
09 · Termination, changes & governing law
We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be notified via the Service or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
